Nepal's Big Student Uprising!

In September 2025, something amazing happened in Nepal! Lots of young people, just like you, decided they had important things to say. They were super unhappy about grown-ups in charge being unfair and not being honest. They organized big gatherings, called protests, all over the country to show they wanted things to change. It was like a giant school assembly, but for the whole country!

The kids were really upset because the government suddenly stopped people from using fun apps like YouTube and Facebook. That's like your favorite game being turned off! But it was more than just apps. They were also angry because some leaders seemed to be taking lots of money and showing off fancy things while others struggled. It felt unfair, and they wanted everyone to be treated better.

Things got really serious very quickly. The young people were so determined, and sadly, some people got hurt. But their bravery made a huge difference!

The leader of the country, the Prime Minister, and some of his helpers decided to step down. Then, a new person, Sushila Karki, became the leader for a little while. It showed that when young people speak up together, they can make big changes happen!

These protests in Nepal show us that even young people have a voice that matters. When things aren't fair, it's important to speak up and ask for honesty. The students were brave enough to share their feelings and ask for a better future. Their actions helped remind everyone that leaders should be honest and work for everyone, not just themselves.
