These death cap mushrooms are tricky because they look a lot like mushrooms that are safe to eat. They have a scientific name, Amanita phalloides. They grow in forests and grassy areas. After eating the pies, four people got very sick very quickly. Doctors tried their best to help, even giving one person a new liver, which is a big organ inside you that cleans your blood. But sadly, three people didn't get better and passed away. One person was very brave and strong and got better after many weeks.
