He was so good at making people laugh that he traveled all around the world three times. He even made 71 movies and wrote thousands of newspaper stories that lots of people read. He was so popular that people called him 'Oklahoma's Favorite Son'!

From Roping to Roaring Laughs!

Will started out as a performer with a special talent for rope tricks, like a real cowboy! He was so amazing that he got to perform in big shows called the Ziegfeld Follies. From there, he became a movie star! He also wrote funny stories for newspapers that everyone wanted to read. He was so good at making jokes about important people and silly rules that nobody got mad, they just laughed along!
