Von Miller is famous for his 'sacks.' A sack is when he tackles the player with the ball behind the line where they started. He’s so good at getting sacks that he has more than almost any other player still playing! He’s like a speedy cheetah chasing down its prey. He’s made over 110 sacks in his career, which is a LOT of tackles!
Super Bowl Champion!
Von Miller has won the Super Bowl, the biggest game in American football, not once, but TWICE! The first time, he was even named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the game. That means he was the best player on the field that day! Winning the Super Bowl is like winning the championship in any sport, and he’s done it with two different teams.
From College to the Pros!
Before becoming a famous NFL player, Von Miller played football at a big college called Texas A&M. He was so good there that he won a special award called the Butkus Award, given to the best linebacker in college football. Then, he was picked to play in the NFL by the Denver Broncos, one of the most exciting teams!
