Tô Lâm

Imagine a very important person who helps run a whole country! That's Tô Lâm. He was born a long, long time ago, on July 10, 1957. For many years, he was a police officer, like a superhero keeping people safe. He wore a special uniform and had a very high rank, like a four-star general! Now, he has an even bigger job helping to lead Vietnam.

Tô Lâm spent over 40 years working in the police force, which is a super long time! He learned a lot about keeping things safe and orderly. He went to special schools to become a great police officer.

Then, he started taking on bigger and bigger jobs, helping lead the police. Eventually, he became so trusted and skilled that he was chosen for the most important jobs in the whole country of Vietnam.

Today, Tô Lâm is one of the most powerful people in Vietnam. He is like the captain of a big ship, guiding the country. He used to be the Minister of Public Security, which is like being the head of all the police. Now, he has an even bigger role, making big decisions for Vietnam. He also helps make sure that rules are followed and that things are fair for everyone.

Being a leader is a really big responsibility! Tô Lâm's job is to help make sure Vietnam is a safe and happy place for all its people.
