Salvador Allende

Salvador Allende was born a long, long time ago, on June 26, 1908, in a country called Chile. Imagine a super smart doctor who loved helping people! That was Salvador. He studied to become a doctor and then decided he wanted to help even more people by becoming a leader in his country. He was like a superhero for the people of Chile, always thinking about how to make their lives better.

Salvador Allende had a big dream: to make Chile a fairer place for everyone. He became president in 1970! He wanted to share the country's riches, like copper and land, so that all the people, especially the poor, could have more. He believed everyone deserved good food, homes, and schools. He worked hard to make these dreams come true for the people of Chile.
