Rhian Teasdale

Rhian Teasdale is a talented musician from England who loves to sing and make music! She was born a long time ago, in 1993. Imagine a playground slide – she was born about that many years ago! She started her music journey when she was quite young, moving to different places to follow her dreams. Now, she's famous for being part of a super popular band called Wet Leg!

Rhian grew up in a place called Formby, but when she was eight, she moved to a beautiful island called the Isle of Wight. Think of it like moving from your house to a new one on a different street. Later, she moved to a city called Bristol to become a musician.

It's like moving to a bigger city to go to a special music school. She started releasing songs on her own before forming her amazing band.

The most exciting part is when Rhian teamed up with her friend Hester Chambers to create the band Wet Leg! They make music that makes you want to dance and sing along. Their songs are so catchy that they became super popular very quickly. One of their songs, 'Chaise Longue,' was a big hit and everyone wanted to hear it!

Rhian's voice is really special. People say it sounds a bit like other famous singers who have unique voices, like Kate Bush and Björk. This means she has her own special way of singing that makes her music stand out. Her band Wet Leg has made an album that became the number one album in the UK, which is a huge achievement!
