Nosferatu: The Spooky Vampire Movie!

Nosferatu is a very old movie from Germany made a super long time ago, in 1922! It's about a vampire named Count Orlok. He's not like the sparkly vampires you might see today. He's really scary and has pointy ears and long fingernails! He travels to a new town and brings a terrible sickness with him, which makes everyone very worried.

This movie was so scary and different that the family of the writer of the famous Dracula story got very upset! They said it was too much like their story. A judge even said all the copies of the movie had to be burned! But guess what? Some brave people saved a few copies, and now we can still watch this amazing, spooky film!

Even though it's super old, Nosferatu is super important! It was one of the very first scary movies that made people gasp and hide behind their hands. It showed everyone how to make a really good spooky film. It's like the first LEGO brick for all the scary movies that came after it!

Count Orlok wants to move to a new town. He has an agent, like a real estate person, who helps him find a new home. But Orlok is a vampire, so he doesn't just want a house, he wants to drink blood! He brings the plague, a really bad sickness, to the town, making everyone scared and sick. It's a very dark story!
