MV Boudicca

The MV Boudicca was a super-duper big ship, like a floating hotel that could carry lots of people on exciting adventures! It was built a long, long time ago, in 1973, in a country called Finland. This ship was like a chameleon, always changing its look and its name! It started as the 'Royal Viking Sky' and then became 'Sunward', 'Birka Queen', 'Golden Princess', and even 'Hyundai Keumgang'. It had so many names, it's like it had a secret identity! Each name meant it was owned by different people and sailed for different reasons, but it was always the same big ship underneath.

The MV Boudicca traveled to many exciting places, like a super-fast explorer! It was a cruise ship, which means it took people on vacations. Imagine going to sleep in your cozy cabin and waking up in a brand new, sunny place! It sailed the oceans, bringing smiles to everyone on board. It was a home away from home for many travelers.

After many years of sailing and adventures, the MV Boudicca's journey came to an end. In 2021, it was taken to a special place in Turkey called Aliağa. Here, skilled workers carefully took the ship apart, piece by piece. It's like when you take apart a big LEGO set, but this was a real ship! Even though it's gone, the memories of its travels live on.
