MS Taras Shevchenko (1965)

The MS Taras Shevchenko was a super cool cruise ship, like a floating hotel that traveled on the ocean! It was built a long, long time ago, in 1966, in a place called East Germany. This amazing ship was built in a special shipyard in a city named Wismar, in East Germany. It was like a giant construction site where skilled workers put together all the pieces to make this enormous vessel. After it was built, it sailed the seas for many years, taking people on exciting adventures to faraway lands. It was a busy ship, always ready for its next journey!

The MS Taras Shevchenko was named after a very important person named Taras Shevchenko. He was a famous painter and poet from Ukraine, and his art and words were loved by many.
