Li Si

Imagine a super-smart person who loved helping leaders make big decisions. That was Li Si! He lived a super long time ago, over 2,200 years ago, in China. He was like a royal advisor, helping kings and emperors make their country strong and fair. He was good at writing and thinking up clever plans. He even helped create a special way of writing that everyone could use!

Li Si helped a very famous emperor named Qin Shi Huang. This emperor wanted to make China one big country, not lots of little ones. Li Si's job was to help make this happen! He helped make sure everyone used the same rules, the same sizes for things like cups and weights, and even the same way of writing their letters. It was like making sure everyone in your class used the same alphabet!
