Jonah Tong: Baseball Superstar!

Imagine a super-talented baseball player named Jonah Tong! He's a pitcher, which means he's the one who throws the ball really, really fast to the batter. Jonah was born on June 19, 2003. He plays for a really famous baseball team called the New York Mets. He's so good that he got to play in the biggest baseball games, called Major League Baseball, starting in 2025!

Jonah Tong started his journey to become a baseball star when he was born. He practiced and practiced to get his arm strong and his throws super accurate. Think of how much practice it takes to learn to ride a bike! Jonah's practice paid off, and he became a professional baseball player. This means he gets to play baseball for a living, which is like a dream come true for many kids!

Jonah Tong is awesome because he's a fantastic pitcher! Pitchers are super important in baseball because they try to stop the other team from scoring runs. When Jonah throws, the ball can go incredibly fast, sometimes faster than a car on the highway! Being able to throw that fast and accurately takes a lot of skill and hard work.
