John Belushi

Imagine a comedian who could make you giggle just by making a funny face! That was John Belushi. He was a star on a famous TV show called Saturday Night Live, where he played lots of silly characters. He was so good at being funny that he became one of the most popular people on the show. He loved making people laugh more than anything!

John grew up in a city called Chicago. He started his own comedy group with friends even before he was famous. Then, he joined a famous comedy club called The Second City. It was there that he met other funny people who would become his friends and co-stars. They all dreamed of making people laugh on a big stage!

John wasn't just funny; he was also a great singer and musician! He and his friend Dan Aykroyd started a band called The Blues Brothers. They were so cool that they even made a movie about their adventures as musicians. John could do it all – make you laugh until your belly hurt and then sing a rocking song!

Even though John Belushi is not with us anymore, his funny jokes and amazing performances are still remembered. He got a special star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which is like a special sidewalk for famous people. His younger brother, Jim Belushi, also became a famous actor, following in his brother's funny footsteps.
