Harry Aikines-Aryeetey

Imagine someone who runs so fast they're like a blur! That's Harry Aikines-Aryeetey. He's a former sprinter, which means he's a professional runner who races in short, fast sprints.

But he's not just a runner; he's also been on TV! He was known as 'Nitro' on a show called Gladiators, where he had to be super strong and fast to win challenges. Harry has won lots of exciting races and medals throughout his career.

Harry started his amazing running journey when he was young. In 2005, he did something incredible: he won gold medals in both the 100-meter and 200-meter races at the World Youth Championships! That's like winning two big prizes at the same time.
