Generation Z

Imagine a group of kids born between 1997 and 2012. That’s Generation Z, or Gen Z for short! They are like the younger siblings of Millennials and the older siblings of Generation Alpha. These kids are super used to having computers and smartphones around them all the time. They learned to play games and watch videos online almost as soon as they could walk!

Gen Z was the very first group of kids to grow up with the internet as a normal part of life. Think about watching cartoons on YouTube or playing games like Minecraft with friends online. That’s what Gen Z did! They are called 'digital natives' because they know their way around technology like a native speaker knows their own language.

Guess what? Gen Z kids are often described as being really well-behaved and focused. They tend to think about their schoolwork and future jobs more than kids in the past. They are also really good at waiting for things they want, which is a super skill! They are more aware of how they feel and sometimes talk about feeling tired.

Gen Z is a generation that learned to use the internet and digital tools from a very young age. They are often seen as being more aware of the world around them and how they feel. They are shaping the future with their unique experiences and how they use technology in their everyday lives.
