Frisbee Fun!

Believe it or not, Frisbees started with pie tins! Back in the day, people would throw empty pie tins from a bakery called Frisbie Pie Company. They'd shout 'Frisbie!' to warn others. Later, someone made a special plastic disc shaped like a pie tin, and called it a Frisbee. It was invented by Walter Frederick Morrison and became super popular in the 1950s and 1960s.

Playing Frisbee is great for your body! Running and catching helps you get stronger and faster. It's also a fantastic way to play with friends and family. You learn to work together to catch the disc. Plus, there are even special sports like Ultimate Frisbee where teams try to score by catching the disc in a special zone. It’s a game that makes you active and happy!
