Federal Assembly (Switzerland)

The Federal Assembly is in a beautiful country called Switzerland, high up in the mountains! It's like the heart of the country, where people who make rules get together. There are two teams, like two different clubs, that make up the Federal Assembly. One team is called the National Council, and it has 200 members. The other team is the Council of States, with 46 members. They all get chosen every four years, like picking teams for a big game! Each team has to agree for a new rule to be made.

These teams are like the rule-makers for Switzerland. They decide on all the laws that everyone in the country has to follow. It's a super important job!
