Imagine a girl who loves sparkly dresses, fancy hats, and using big, fun words! That's Nancy Clancy, the star of the TV show Fancy Nancy. She's a super creative kid who lives in a town that looks like Plainfield, Ohio.

Nancy believes that even the simplest things, like a trip to the grocery store, can be made fancy and exciting with a little imagination. She teaches us that being yourself and celebrating what makes you happy is the most wonderful thing of all.

Fancy Nancy first popped onto our screens on July 13, 2018, in the United States. It was created by Jamie Mitchell and Krista Tucker, who wanted to bring the fun of the Fancy Nancy books to life. The show was so popular that it got a second season, and then a third!

The very last episode aired on February 18, 2022. So, for a few wonderful years, Nancy and her family brought lots of fancy fun to our homes.

Fancy Nancy is special because it shows kids that it's okay to be different and to love what you love!
