Doctor of the Church

Have you ever had a teacher who explained things so well you finally understood? Well, the Catholic Church has special people called Doctors of the Church! They are saints who were super smart and wrote lots of important books and ideas about their faith.

These amazing teachers didn't just appear yesterday! Some of them lived almost 2,000 years ago, way before your grandparents or even their grandparents were born!
