Who Was This King Cambyses?
Imagine a king from a super long time ago, over 2,500 years ago! That was Cambyses II. He was the boss of a HUGE empire called the Achaemenid Empire.
Think of it like the biggest playground you can imagine, stretching across many countries. Cambyses II was the second king to rule this giant land, following his famous dad, Cyrus the Great. He was a real adventurer and a strong leader who made his empire even bigger!
Adventures in Egypt!
Cambyses II was famous for his amazing trip to Egypt. He sailed across the sea to a land with tall pyramids and mysterious pharaohs. He fought a big battle and won, becoming the ruler of Egypt!
