C. P. Radhakrishnan

Imagine a person who helps lead a whole country! That's C. P. Radhakrishnan. He was born a long, long time ago, in 1957, in a place called Tiruppur in India. He went to college and studied business. He's been involved in helping people and his country for many years, starting when he was quite young. He's like a captain of a big team, making important decisions!

C. P. Radhakrishnan started his journey in politics when he was young.

He joined a group called the Bharatiya Jana Sangh and later the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He was so good at his job that he was chosen to be a Member of Parliament, which means he got to go to a special meeting place in India called the Lok Sabha, not once, but twice! He even led the BJP in his home state for a few years.

After being a Member of Parliament, C. P. Radhakrishnan took on even bigger jobs.

He became a Governor, which is like being the leader of a state for a while. He was the Governor of Jharkhand, and he even helped out in other places like Telangana and Puducherry. Then, he became the Governor of Maharashtra.

But the biggest surprise came when he was chosen to be the Vice President of India! That's a super important job, helping the President lead the country.

C. P. Radhakrishnan is now the 15th Vice President of India. This means he is one of the most important people in the country, helping to make sure everything runs smoothly. He started his career by learning and growing, and now he has one of the highest jobs. It shows that if you work hard and believe in yourself, you can achieve amazing things and help many people!
