Beau Greaves

Imagine throwing tiny arrows at a big target and winning a championship! That's what Beau Greaves does. She's a professional darts player from England.

She started playing when she was just 10 years old, which is like starting in the second grade! Now, she's a three-time world champion, meaning she's the best in the world three times. She's super good at hitting the bullseye and scoring lots of points.

Beau began her darting adventure in kids' competitions. She even won big youth championships before she was old enough to drive a car! When she was 15, she played in her first big world championship. It wasn't always easy, she even had a tricky time called dartitis. But she kept practicing and practicing, and in 2022, she won her very first world title. She's been winning ever since!

Beau has won a record 44 titles in the PDC Women's Series. That's more than anyone else! She's also won the Women's World Matchplay twice. She's so good that she won 86 matches in a row at one point – that's like winning every single game at school for almost two whole years! She's also the first girl to ever reach the final of the PDC World Youth Championship.

Beau Greaves shows us that if you love something and work hard, you can become amazing at it. She's an inspiration to young players everywhere. She's not just winning, she's also showing everyone that girls can be incredible athletes in any sport. She's even earned a special card to play in the biggest professional tournaments, which is a huge deal!
