The Day the Plane Caught Fire at Manchester Airport

On a sunny day in 1985, a big airplane named River Orrin was getting ready to fly from Manchester Airport to a faraway island. It was a Boeing 737, which is a super common type of plane, like a giant metal bird! Inside, there were lots of people, like a whole school bus full of friends and their families.
