Who's This Nasty Neighbor?

Ultraman is a supervillain, which means he's a bad guy in comic books! He's like an evil twin of Superman, but from a different universe. Instead of saving people, Ultraman likes to cause trouble! He's the leader of a group of bad guys called the Crime Syndicate. Think of them as the opposite of a superhero team, all working together to do naughty things.

When Did This Bad Guy Show Up?

Ultraman first popped up in a comic book called Justice League of America way back in August 1964. That's older than your parents and maybe even your grandparents! He's been around for a long, long time, causing mischief. He's so famous that he's even been in TV shows and movies, like Smallville and the upcoming Superman movie!

Why Is This Bad Guy Important?

Ultraman is super important because he shows us what happens when good powers go bad. He's like a dark mirror to Superman. By seeing Ultraman, we understand how special and good Superman really is. It makes us appreciate the heroes who choose to do the right thing and protect us from villains like Ultraman.

What Can Ultraman Do?

Since Ultraman is an evil Superman, he has super powers too! He can fly, he's super strong, and he can probably move really fast, like a race car. But instead of using these amazing powers for good, he uses them to be a villain. It's a bit like having a super-powered bully who uses their strength to be mean.
