Long, long ago, most people were farmers who grew food or made things with their hands. But as towns grew bigger, people needed more help. Someone had to sell the food, fix things, and teach others.

Or a bank, where people help you keep your money safe. Even people who fix your bike or help you learn to swim are part of the service world. They are all busy helping people and making sure everything runs smoothly for everyone.
