She was an amazing snowboarder who competed in exciting races. She even got to go to the big Winter Olympics in Beijing, China, in 2022! Sophie was a snowboard cross racer. This is a super fun and tricky race where four snowboarders go down a bumpy, jump-filled course at the same time! They have to be fast, brave, and good at jumping over big bumps and making sharp turns. Sophie also raced in a team event, where she and a teammate worked together. It's like a relay race, but on snowboards!
