After singing with Girls Aloud, Sarah decided to try something new. She became an actress and appeared in movies and even a TV show called Coronation Street. It's like going from the stage to the movie set! She also did some modeling, posing for cool pictures. Sarah was always trying new and exciting things with her career.

Sarah was also a contestant on a show called Celebrity Big Brother. It's a show where famous people live together in a house and people vote for who they like the most. Sarah was super popular and won the whole competition! It showed everyone how much people liked her and her personality.

Sadly, Sarah Harding got very sick with cancer. She was very brave and told everyone about it. Even when she was sick, she was an inspiration to many people. She showed that even when things are tough, you can still be strong and share your story. She passed away when she was 39 years old.
