Who Was This Awesome Guy?
Imagine a super-important helper named Timothy! His name means 'honoring God' or 'honored by God.' He was like a best friend and a student to the Apostle Paul, who was a famous traveler and storyteller for early Christians. Timothy was born in a place called Asia Minor, to a Jewish mom who believed in Jesus and a Greek dad.
He was one of the very first Christian leaders, becoming the first bishop of a city called Ephesus. He lived a long, long time ago, around the year 97 AD!
Timothy's Big Adventures!
Timothy didn't just stay home! He went on amazing journeys with the Apostle Paul. Think of it like going on a super long road trip, but instead of visiting theme parks, they visited towns and cities to share their beliefs.
