They WON the Stanley Cup in 2009! It’s like winning the biggest trophy at the school sports day. This means he was really good at picking players and helping them work together to be champions.

Ray Shero also helped his country's hockey team get ready for the Olympics, which is a huge international sports event. He was like a coach for the coaches, making sure the best players from all over America were on the team. He helped them prepare to play against other countries.
