President of Bangladesh

The President of Bangladesh is the head of the country, kind of like the principal of a giant school! They are also in charge of the country's brave soldiers and sailors. The person who wins usually belongs to the biggest group in Parliament. Once they are chosen, they get to be President for five years, but they can stay even longer if a new President hasn't been picked yet!

The President of Bangladesh right now is Mohammed Shahabuddin. He was chosen on February 13, 2023, and he didn't even have to compete against anyone else! He officially started his job on April 24, 2023, and he will be the President for five years. He's the person who leads Bangladesh and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
