Pluto first showed up a super long time ago, in a cartoon called 'The Chain Gang' in 1930. He was a bloodhound back then, which is a type of dog known for its amazing sense of smell. He was created by Walt Disney and Norm Ferguson, who knew how to make characters that people would love.

Pluto was so popular that he even got his own cartoons where he was the main star! He's been making us laugh for almost 100 years!

Pluto has a special talent: he makes us laugh without even saying a word! He's famous for his funny actions and silly faces. This is called physical humor, and Pluto is a master at it.
