MS Enchanted Capri

The MS Enchanted Capri is a super-duper big ship that used to sail the seas. It's like a floating hotel! It was built a long, long time ago, way back in 1975. Think of it as older than your oldest sibling, maybe even older than your parents! This ship has had many names and many adventures before it found its final resting place.

This giant ship was born in a faraway place called Finland, in a city named Turku. It was made for a country called the Soviet Union, which doesn't exist anymore! It was built to be a cruise ship, meaning people would travel on it for fun vacations. It was a busy ship, sailing under different names like MS Azerbaydzhan and MS Arkadia.

After many years of traveling, the MS Enchanted Capri had a big change. It stopped being a cruise ship and started a new job. It became a place for workers to live while they worked on oil rigs in the ocean. Sadly, it ended up wrecked, which means it's no longer sailing. It's now resting on the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico.

This ship is special because it lived so many different lives! First, it was a shiny new cruise ship, carrying happy travelers. Then, it became a floating home for workers far out at sea. Even though it's wrecked now, it's a reminder of how things can change and have different jobs over time. It's a piece of history resting under the waves.
