His Amazing Theater Adventures!
Molière didn't start out famous. For thirteen years, he traveled all over France with his acting friends, performing in small towns. This helped him become a really great actor and learn what made people laugh the most.
Then, he got a chance to perform for the King of France! The King liked his plays so much that he gave Molière a special theater in Paris. It was like getting a golden ticket to perform for everyone!
Plays That Made People Think (and Laugh!)
Molière's plays were not just funny; they also made people think. He wrote about silly or sometimes even bad things people did, like being too proud or pretending to be sick. One play, called 'Tartuffe,' was about someone who pretended to be very religious but was actually a cheat.

The Show Must Go On... Even When You're Sick!
Molière worked so hard writing and acting that he sometimes got very sick. He had a sickness in his lungs. Sadly, he passed away a few hours after the show. But his amazing plays live on forever!
