Mike Amesbury

Mike Amesbury is a person who used to be a Member of Parliament, which is like a special helper for a town in the United Kingdom. He was born a long time ago, on May 6, 1969, in a city called Manchester. He worked for many years helping people in his job before becoming a politician. He was part of a team called the Labour Party.

For many years, Mike Amesbury was a Member of Parliament, or MP, for places called Runcorn and Helsby. This means he was chosen by people to speak for them in a big meeting place called Parliament.
