Marina Bay Sands

Marina Bay Sands is a super-duper famous building in Singapore, a sunny country in Asia. It's right next to a big, sparkly bay called Marina Bay. Think of it like a giant playground for grown-ups, with hotels, shops, and even a museum shaped like a lotus flower! It's so big, it's a landmark, meaning it's easy to spot from far away and helps people know where they are.

Building Marina Bay Sands was a HUGE project! It took a lot of time and money, almost like building a whole town. It was supposed to open earlier, but sometimes things take longer, especially when lots of materials and workers are needed. Finally, in 2010, it started opening its doors, piece by piece, with a big celebration!

The coolest part is the Sands Skypark on top! It's like a giant bridge connecting the three towers, way, way up in the sky. It's so long, it's longer than three football fields! And guess what?
