Liana

Lianas are super cool plants that live in forests. They aren't like regular plants that just grow upwards from the ground. Instead, they start on the forest floor and then grab onto trees to climb all the way up to the tippy-top, where the sun shines brightest! They use trees like ladders to reach for the sky. They are a very important part of these forests because they provide homes and food for many animals, like monkeys and birds, who love to swing and climb on them too!
