Meet the Giant Island!
Imagine an island so big it's the largest in a group of islands called the Inner Hebrides! That's the Isle of Skye, or just Skye for short. It's in Scotland, way up north.
Skye is like a giant star with long arms reaching out. In the middle, there are super tall, rocky mountains called the Cuillin. They look like dragon's teeth poking the sky!

Today, Skye is a popular place for visitors who love its dramatic scenery and ancient history. People come from all over the world to hike in the mountains and see the beautiful coast. The island's biggest town is called Portree, and it has a colorful harbor that looks like a painting.
Skye is also famous for its unique language, Gaelic, and its music and stories that are passed down through generations.
