Imagine machines bigger than a school bus and buildings taller than a skyscraper! That's heavy industry! Making big things involves many steps. First, raw materials like iron ore are dug from the ground. Then, these materials are heated up in giant furnaces until they melt, like making soup! This hot, melted metal can be shaped into different parts. These parts are then put together using huge cranes and special machines. It’s a bit like a giant puzzle, but with metal and fire!
