Extrajudicial Killing

Sadly, this can happen to people who are brave enough to speak up for what they believe in, or people who are part of a group that others don't like. It can also happen to people who are just in the wrong place at the wrong time and are targeted by people who are supposed to protect them. It's a serious violation of someone's basic right to be safe.
