East China Normal University

East China Normal University, or ECNU for short, is in a super busy and exciting city called Shanghai, in China! Shanghai is like a giant playground with tall buildings and lots of people. ECNU is a big place where students go to learn all sorts of cool things. It's not just one building, but many spread out in different parts of the city, like having two playgrounds instead of just one!

ECNU didn't just pop up yesterday! It's like a wise old tree that grew from even older seeds. It started by joining together two other schools, Great China University and Kwang Hua University.
