You play as a character named Rook, and your big mission is to stop a tricky god named Solas from ending the whole world. But wait, there's more! You also accidentally let out two other ancient, not-so-nice gods, and now you have to stop them too! It's a race against time to save everyone.

In this game, you control Rook from behind, like watching a movie of your own adventure. Instead of one giant world to explore, you'll travel to different cool places. The fighting is really exciting, with special moves you can combine to make awesome combos. This game started being made way back in 2015! It took many years and lots of changes. At first, the game makers thought about making it a game that kept getting new updates forever, like a never-ending story. But then, they decided it would be even cooler as a single adventure just for you to play. They even changed the game's name from Dragon Age: Dreadwolf to Dragon Age: The Veilguard in 2024!

Dragon Age: The Veilguard was a huge hit when it came out! Lots of people started playing it right away, making it the biggest launch ever for a BioWare game on a popular computer game store called Steam. Over 1.5 million players jumped into the adventure!
