Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris is like a giant playground nestled in a town called Marne-la-Vallée, which is about as far from the center of Paris as a long school bus ride. It's in a country called France, in Europe! The weather there is usually nice, with warm summers and cool winters, perfect for exploring.

It's a special place built on lots of land, so there's plenty of room for castles, rides, and happy visitors.

This amazing place first opened its sparkly gates on April 12, 1992. It was a big dream for the Walt Disney Company to build a magical park in Europe. It's the second Disney park built outside of America, after one in Japan. Think of it like building a super-duper treehouse, but much, much bigger and with more magic! It took a lot of planning and hard work to make it happen.

So many people work at Disneyland Paris to make sure everyone has a fantastic time! It's actually the biggest place to work in all of France, with about 17,000 helpers. These are the people who dress up as your favorite characters, drive the trains, cook yummy snacks, and keep everything sparkling clean.

They all work together like a big, happy family to create unforgettable memories for millions of visitors.

Disneyland Paris isn't just one park, it's like a whole world of fun! There are two main theme parks where you can ride exciting attractions, watch amazing shows, and meet beloved characters. There are also special Disney hotels where you can stay, a place to play golf, and even a big shopping area with yummy food. It's a place where you can have adventures all day long and even into the night!
