Brooke Rollins

Brooke Rollins is a grown-up who has a very important job! She was born on April 10, 1972. Think of her as a super helper for the United States.

She's been given a special job called the Secretary of Agriculture. This means she helps decide things about all the yummy food we eat, from the apples in our lunchboxes to the bread on our tables. It's a big responsibility, like being the captain of a giant food ship!

Before becoming the Secretary of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins did many other important jobs. She helped a governor in Texas, which is a big state in America. She also worked at a place called a 'think tank.' Imagine a group of really smart people who get together to think up new ideas to make things better.

She was in charge of this group for a long time! She also helped with ideas for the President when he was in charge before.

The Secretary of Agriculture is a really important job because they help make sure everyone has enough healthy food to eat. They think about farmers and how they grow our food, and they also think about how to make sure food is safe and affordable for everyone. It's like being a guardian of our food supply!
