American International Building

This amazing building is in a city called Hong Kong, which is a busy place in China. Hong Kong is like a big island with lots of tall buildings. The weather there is usually warm and sometimes rainy, perfect for growing yummy fruits. It's a place full of energy and exciting things to see, with mountains on one side and the big ocean on the other.

This building wasn't built by just one person, but by a company called American International Assurance. That's why it's called the American International Building! It was finished a long, long time ago, in 1973. Think about how old your grandparents are, this building is even older than that! It took a lot of hard work and clever ideas to make it stand so tall.

This building is super, super tall! It has 62 floors, which is way more than your school has. If you stacked up 10 school buses, this building would be much taller than that! It's so tall that it was once the tallest building in Hong Kong. Imagine looking out from the very top – you could see for miles and miles!
