Adam Lallana

He also helped them win the Premier League, which is the top soccer league in England. He even got to play for England, his country, in big tournaments like the World Cup. That's like being chosen to represent your whole school in a giant sports competition!

Adam Lallana played soccer for many years, scoring amazing goals and making incredible passes. He played for England 34 times, which is a lot! He even scored three goals for his country. After his playing days, he became a coach, helping other young players learn how to be great at soccer. It's like a superhero who teaches other heroes how to use their powers!
